Madison (Tomoyo)
She is Sakura's best friend through school. I turns out that Sakura's mom, Natasha (below) and her mom, Samantha, were best friends in school as well, and in the Japanese version, Samantha was in love with Natasha. And actually, the reason Madison looks so much like Natasha is so Madison's mom would be reminded of her. Also, Madison is in love with Sakura through out the series, but in the movie, tries to get Li and Sakura together.
Madison likes to video tape all battles between Sakura, Li and the cards so she can watch them and add music and affects in her personal theatre. She even personally designs all Sakura's strange costumes through out the show.
Her mom is the president of a toy company and she always gets cell phones and video camera's to test out. She gives a pink cell phone to Sakura, Kero and keeps one for herself to keep in touch with them. She also lives in a very large house.

Sakura's Mom (Natasha or Nadeshiko)
Natasha was Madison's mom's (Samantha, Sonomi). She didn't know that Samantha was in love with her all through school. She married Fujitaka, who was actaully her Sensei, (Aiden) and had Tori and Sakura. She was clumsy (like Sakura) well, she was almost exactly like Sakura, and had a good attitude towards everything. She was also a model. But died shortly after Sakura's birth. But she still watches over them. Tori had the ability to see spirits, and could see his mother, but his powers went away to save Yue.
Kaho Mizuki (Layla Makenzie)
Mizuki comes into the show when as they;re substitute teacher. Li doesn't trust her at all in the beginning because he senses something about her. His sense are right, when she gives Sakura advice, and as sakura puts it, 'Its almost like she knows about the cards.'
She was actauly appointed by Clow Reed to help Sakura capture all the cards and become the Clow mistress.
During the final judgement, she knows all about it, and the fact that Julian (Yukito) is Yue, the second guardian.
When sakura is on the verge of loosing the Final Judgement, the Clow Cards, and her memory of all their adventures, Mizuki shows up with her instrument (the bell), the bell also appeared in 'The maze' epi. showing just how power it is by breaking through the wall of the maze.
She uses the bell to give Sakura another chance, so she can win the Final Judgement. But after its purpose was fullfilled, the bell disapeared.
She was also seen talking to Kero on the epi. 'the last card', Sakura didn't know why they knew each other.
Mizuki was making sure that Kero didn't tell Sakura of the test to come.
Later, Mizuki goes to England and lives with Eriol, (Eli). Some say they are a couple.
Nakuru Akizuki (Ruby Moon)
Nakuru is kind of like Yue, except a gaurdian to Eriol (Eli). She was created along with Spinal Sun to help Eriol and his quest to get Sakura to transform all the cards. But, he could have also created them for company.
She seems like a really happy, hyper high school girl. But around Eriol, she becomes quite serious. Well excpet when shes around Spinal. She loves to mess with him and call him Suppi-chan.
She absolutly adores Touya (Tori) and is constantly found hanging off him, (I mean, REALLY, hanging off him.) She usually runs up and leaps onto his back. Touya tries his best to avoid her.
Though, she hates Yukito/Yue. Shes always giving him dirty looks and glaring at him. Maybe be coincidence, or purpose, but she always appears when Touya is trying to tell Yukito about his other self, Yue. She goes to school with both of them.
Nakuru doesn't really have an exact gender. But she is played off as a girl.
